GCO Members' National Rankings
Orienteers who attend national-level meets, known as A-meets, can be included in the national rankings compiled each year by Orienteering USA, the national organization for the sport.
You get ranking points for each A-meet you attend. The top scorers are awarded gold, silver and bronze patches (or virtual patches), using a complicated formula. To get these top rankings, you must attend at least four meets in the year and be an OUSA member. The top three in each age and gender bracket get gold. Differing numbers of orienteers get silver and broze depending on the relationship of their score with the top-ranked person in their bracket.
To be part of this, try attending some A-meets and become an OUSA member!
Here are the GCO members who have national rankings for 2011:

- Jennifer Kerr, gold in F65+ Brown (women from 65 through 69 on Brown).
- Marsha Jacobs, bronze in F55+ (Brown).
- Nik Weber (Kiki's Dad), bronze in M40+ (Red).
